Set up in 2001, I-Nova is a software and professional services company specialized in idea and innovation management.

Our mission is to help companies improve their ability to innovate by setting up an Idea and Innovation Management System (IIMS).

Based on a database of innovations (ideas, good practices, successful projects, progress actions, etc.), an IIMS  increases competitiveness with :

• new products,
• employee management,
• voice of customer,

Its implementation involves :

• driving a process of innovation,
• developing a culture of innovation (initiatives, exchanges, managerial practices, etc.),
• setting up a dedicated infrastructure (software, support team, etc.).

Our offer is based on an Idea and Innovation Management System (IIMS), NovaGO, and guidance methodology that has proven benefits in over 50 leading companies.

With over 600,000 licenses sold, our customers use our technology to build the infrastructure of their ability to innovate.

NovaGO is the solution to develop and manage innovation in your company. Thanks to this software, more than 250,000 ideas and good practices have been generated. It uses unique patented technology, the I-Nova correlation engine.

Laureate of Rhône-Alpes Entreprendre, I-Nova was labelled in 2002 by the European Business Innovation Centre (EC BIC) Novacité, a department of the Lyon Chamber of Trade and Industry. In 2003, it received a label from the Réseau National de Recherche et d’Innovation en Technologies Logicielles (RNTL) for its management tools dedicated to corporate innovation.

In June 2004, I-Nova received the Eureka label from the European Commission for its correlation technology. This label qualifies I-Nova for an FCPI innovation grant.

The French regional delegation for research and technology (DDRT) awarded I-Nova the status of a Young Innovative Enterprise in September 2004.

In early 2007, Vizille Capital Innovation and Sudinnova became I-Nova’s shareholder.
