Innovation Finder is an intelligent module that encourages innovation by using customer feedback from internal databases (CRM, etc.) or external databases (blogs, etc.). It detects and monitors weak market signals (customer focus). Associated with the Network module, it feeds the innovation base with customer issues and encourages joint work to solve these problems.

  • Clustering: discover automatic groupings of verbatims suggested by the correlation technology.

  • Search using natural language and advanced search: specify your search using keywords and criteria.

Manage a work area

  • Multi-level management of filters: establish models of detected signals in the form of filters and organise them within a themed tree structure.
  • Discuss subjects of innovation: organise an exchange based on problems detected.

Analyse data, monitor evolutions

  • Filter analysis: study filters thanks to graphs (evolution over time, distribution by criteria, etc.).
  • Analysis report: automatically generate an analysis report on a given filter.
  • Manage alarms: monitor the evolution of your filters thanks to an alarm system.
