I-Nova was founded by two managers, both 32 years old : Gilles Toulemonde and David Carteret. We are your partners in the management of your company's ideas and innovation.

Gilles Toulemonde, Chairman and CEO. Gilles holds a master’s degree in management from Ecole des Mines in Paris. The innovation management study that he has been conducting on 10 industrial groups since 2001 is the basis of I-Nova’s key know-how.

David Carteret, Managing Director and chief scientist. David holds a master’s degree in Math from Ecole Centrale in Paris. He started his career at Peregryne System, 30th leading software company in the world, before joining Gilles Toulemonde, a former classmate.

Gilles Meyer, sales director, joined I-Nova in 2006. He has 15 years’ experience in sales and business development in the IT field. Trained in sales by IBM, he was successively account director and sales director. He is a graduate of the ENST in Paris.

Stéphane Lardet, chief technological officer since 2007, is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique et d’Applications de Lorraine. Before joining I-Nova and taking part in developing its innovation management solution, he worked in the USA in the Nationale Institute of Standards and Technology.
